What are the check-in and check-out times at Homewood Hotel & Spa?
Check-in time from 3pm
Guests are welcome to make full use of the spa from 3pm on day of arrival until 11am on the day of departure. Guests are not permitted to use the facilities before check-in time or after check-out time.

What food and drink options are available at Homewood Hotel & Spa?
Olio our restaurant and terrace is open for lunch and dinner seven days a week. Specialising in the best of British and Mediterranean food, using only the finest local produce to create simple yet beautifully presented dishes. What spa facilities are available at Homewood Hotel & Spa?
At Homewood Hotel & Spa, we have an indoor hydrotherapy pool, sauna and steam room as well as a heated outdoor swimming pool and hot tub. We also have a range of spa treatments on offer. Please email [email protected] or call us on 01225 580439 for any queries.

Is Homewood Hotel & Spa family friendly?
Homewood has a number of spacious rooms to accommodate all the family, the following charges apply when children are sharing a room with two adults: Children under 3 are free as are cots if required.
Extra beds or sofa beds (available in Junior Suites or above) are charged at £35 per person, per night, including breakfast.

Generally, the above rates apply throughout the year with the exception of special holidays such as Christmas and New Year, or if we have any special offers available.

Are pets allowed at Homewood Hotel & Spa?
All pets are very welcome. There will be a charge of £25 per night including a gift in the room. Please inform us at the time of booking.

Does Homewood Hotel & Spa accept group reservations?
A booking of five rooms or more may require alternative terms and conditions, so please get in touch with our events team for further details on [email protected] or 01225 580439.

What is the cancellation policy at Homewood Hotel & Spa?
Your cancellation policy is dependent on your package booked & stated on your confirmation. No shows will be treated as a cancellation and will be charged in full.

Please see our Christmas brochure for our Christmas and New Year cancellation policy as these breaks require pre-payment and are non-refundable.

What payment options are available at Homewood Hotel & Spa?
All bookings must be guaranteed by credit card. The full room charge will be taken upon arrival & incidentals may be settled upon departure.

Is parking available at Homewood Hotel & Spa?
We offer complimentary parking at the hotel.

Is smoking allowed at Homewood Hotel & Spa?
The hotel operates a strict no-smoking policy in all areas of the house. If guests are found to be smoking in the room or the hotel is unable to reuse the room, a minimum fee of £250 will be charged for damages.

Are there any event spaces at Homewood Hotel & Spa?
We have a number of event spaces at Homewood Hotel & Spa which are perfect for weddings, celebrations, meetings and exclusive use.
