All you need to know before you come

Below are our hotel policies. If there is something you’re still not sure about, please just get in touch.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES
Check-in time from 3pm
Check-out time 11am

FOOD
Olio our restaurant and terrace  is open for lunch and dinner seven days a week. Specialising in the best of British and Mediterranean food, using only the finest local produce to create simple yet beautifully presented dishes. To ensure your dining preference we recommend booking ahead of your stay; simply email [email protected] or call us on 01225 580439.

SPA & WELLBEING
The spa is open and the sun lounging area is available for guests to enjoy a cocktail & some well needed vitamin D. We will be limiting the number of guests in each area at one time to ensure social distancing is maintained; please email [email protected] or call us on 01225 580439 for any queries.

FAMILIES
Homewood has a number of spacious rooms to accommodate all the family, the following charges apply when children are sharing a room with two adults: Children under 3 are free as are cots if required.
Extra beds or sofa beds (available in Junior Suites or above) are charged at £25 per person, per night, including breakfast.

Generally, the above rates apply throughout the year with the exception of special holidays such as Christmas and New Year, or if we have any special offers available.

PETS
All pets are very welcome. There will be a charge of £25 per night including a gift in the room. Please inform us at the time of booking.

GROUPS
A booking of five rooms or more may require alternative terms and conditions, so please get in touch with our events team for further details on [email protected] or 01225 580439.

CANCELLATIONS
Your cancellation policy is dependant on your package booked & stated on your confirmation. No shows will be treated as a cancellation and will be charged in full.

Please see our Christmas brochure for our Christmas and New Year cancellation policy as these breaks require pre-payment and are non-refundable.

PAYMENTS
All bookings must to be guaranteed by credit card. The full room charge will be taken upon arrival & incidentals may be settled upon departure.

OTHER
We offer complimentary parking at the hotel.

The hotel operates a strictly no-smoking policy in all areas of the house. If guests are found to be smoking in the room or the hotel is unable to reuse the room, a minimum fee of £250 will be charged for damages.

Any damages to the room or furniture will be charged a fee depending on the nature of the damage.
